Flash Player is not detected properly in my computer.

I wanna make a logo, so I search and find a nice looking website, www.logease.com, when I operate as its guide, it automatically scan my pc, and the result is "detected flash version is "win10.0.2..." you must install flash 8 up.... Flash 10 already is installed on my computer, but it can not detect the newest version of flash. Adobe can detect it properly. 55555555
