Is this the official Midnight Sun cover?

I was at this website: www.world-of-twilight.blogspot.com
and I came across this post where there was an image of Midnight Sun's cover and in the post, the author is not sure whether it's the official cover or not. I just became very curious. Do you know if it's the official cover or not? It looks really cool but all the others are mostly red while this one is all blue.. I'd like to know if it's official or not. Thanks!

I have no idea but I like it! I think the color choice would be perfect for it because he's cold skinned. I hope she gets going on this book though. I read the first 13 chapters she posted on her site and I'm can't wait for the rest.

Probably not. It doesn't match the style of the other covers in the series, and since Stephenie Meyer has not yet made any plans to publish Midnight Sun, it's likely a cover artist was never signed. Not that I'm the expert on how that works...
It's a pretty cool cover design though... even if it is fan-made.
