Baby Strollers - need an advice!

It is a time for me to think of buying a Baby Stroller as I will give a birth to my first child on next May. I have been looking up on internet for baby prams and strollers but I don't have a clue which ones are good and comfortable.
My main doubt is about wheels. There are prams with three and four wheels, which ones are easier to push? And which ones are safer?

the three wheels are the latest craze BUT dont buy that. i dont have a three wheeled stroller but one time we went to the mall we didnt bring our stroller for we know there are available rents there. unfortunately the rentals are three wheeled stroller. i dont feel safe with it for when the child is moving there is a tendency to stumble for the stroller is not balanced due to it has only three wheels. i can not explain in very well but i uneasy using it i felt it was not safe. i agree with the first responder that graco is durable and safe. i used our graco until now our son is three years old already

i got one of the strollers that has the car seat that can snap down into it. it was extremely convenient. i'm not sure about 3 wheels. i would say 4 sounds safer.
