Do you use The Assessibility Options On Your Computer?

I use some of the options in Windows XP like "Microsoft Narrator" and "The Magnifier" options. They are really easy for people who don't wear their glasses on a regular basis. If there are any accessibility options in Ubuntu Linux, where would they be? When I used it, I couldn't find any and my words were all blurry!

I usually use the lazer mouse, and the quality for it here in the region where I purchase is not so good. So some times when the mouse not works properly then I used the accessiblity options to control the mouse options from my keyboard.
