Foods can have an immediate and lasting effect upon a person’s mental health and behavior because of the way they affect the structure and function of the brain. While most people are aware of how diet affects their physical health, fewer understand that the brain, as an organ, is affected by the foods they eat, and how this has a knock on effect on their mental health. Have you ever thought of that before starting crazy dieting? In the end, our brain is what we are, what we do and how we live. We should look after them more carefully!

Most of the time I do try to feed my brain well because it important to have a healthy and active brain. Fish and bananas are two of the most common foods used to feed the brain. At the same time beverages and foodstuff which are detrimental to the brain's health are avoided. So are things which can make the brain addicted, because we will be unable for example to think clearly. There are people who said not to worry about what we consume because we have billions of brain cells. What they forget is a lot of these brain cells are not connected. If the health of the active brain cells are affected our brain's capability will be reduced. The unconnected cells remain unconnected. In summary partaking foods for the brain is a must. all the best, rosdimy
