A lot of us many convictions and beliefs, but how many stick to our convictions? At the first sign of opposition and confrontation, we drop our convictions and accept others views. I am not saying that we should not accept other people's views, but if you are certain that you are right, you should have the conviction to stand by your beliefs. One should not become a yes man and follow the path of least resistance and accept what the boss says even if he is wrong. How many of us have such convictions?

Hi mercuryman. Unfortunately I have. And I said unfortunately because if I have not this courage I would be in better situation today. But I am this kind of person that if I have sure that I am right I fight untill the end. I fight for my beliefs too however I accept the opinion of others not to change my opinion but for understand that they have the right to have their own opinions. When I don't have sure about something I heard all the things people have to say about this matter and so I can think about and choose what is the better opinion. I always keep open mind because all change in this world and I can change too if I see that it is the right to do. None owner the truth. And the truth can have many sides and faces. Have a good day.

Unfortunate yes, but if your mind is clear and your heart is at peace, you still are the winner.
