I have to write an English paper arguing my point on something. My topic is "Women in Combat; No or Go?" It's a topic that is very important to me and I need to get the opinions from different people. So, please help me out if you will.
1. Should women be allowed to fight on the front lines with the men or should they be limited to combat support? Why or why not?
2. What about women cops and firefighters?
3. Should women only be allowed to do certain jobs in the military?

My husband is currently in the Marine Corps and is stationed in Iraq. From my experience women are considered not as competent as the men, due to the fact that is male dominated. I know female marines that are extremely tough and if they had to combat, would be able to hold their own. In all reality iI do believe that women can do things just as good or even better than men. I don't think that women should be limited to doing certain jobs in the military and for the most part I don't believe that they are. There are some physical limitations that may arise due to the demands of that particular field though.

Canadians are proud that in Canada both genders are equal under the law. We think this is the way it should be. Woman should be free to do anything a man can do. personally I'm not a fighter! Being a Lover seems to be so much more fun. That being said; Sure if a woman wants to be in the military, she should be free to choose.
Bring on the Female Soldiers, and God Help the enemy, cause they are gonna need help!

I believe that women should not be limited or not allowed to do anything, we are just as equal as men,
but I do believe that, since most of the time men have more strength as men and drive that i feel women should have the option if they want to be on front or not, and what job they want. Women cops can be a b*tch!
Speaking from experience in getting pulled over! But if thats what they want to do with their lives then by all means go for it!
