Do you ever get in a mood that doesn't want to seem to change? For me today I am so upset and it doesn't matter what about. I just feel Right down right now and was wondering if this is normal? maybe not normal but does happen! If you had this what did you do to see the brighter side of things?
Thank you all in advance for help

i also experience having mood swings specially with my kids. what i usually do is go to my room for about 5minutes maybe and sometimes i listen to my favorite music and its like magic, it cools me down. sometimes just a piece of chocolate would make my mood brighter. try these things. foods are really good at changing our moods..

I have experienced these mood swings and I hate it! lol. The only relief that I can find when in these bad moods is for me to open my windows turn up my favorite music and sing my heart out! lol. The fresh air seems to help, the singing and getting into it no matter if im cleaning, making lunch for my 2 girls or whatever. It seems to help in the way of (sometimes I just want to scream)! And yet I always find myself smiling when I sing, sometimes because I walk in on my 3 and 4 year old dancing! I have always heard that when you smile no matter your mood it helps to make your mood better due to your brain releasing happy chemicals though I don't remember what they are called. Not to mention the baby in your belly will respond well to music, it calms them to hear your voice and it may even begin to dance in your belly while you sing! lol. Hope this helps.

Hey,
Yea today actually I was in mood that doesn't want to seem to change. Well actually today my parents didn't even let me spend 15 minutes on the computer, so I couldn't really post much on MyLot. And the thing is that it is nearly the end of the month and I have got 43 cents to go until I reach the $10 cashout, which will be the first time of reaching cashout at MyLot in my life. So that is what really got me down, also they made me do things just to waste my time. For example my parents made me sweep outside a few leaves. Honestly, there were like 10 leaves outside which I swept, and autumn where I am hasn't even arrived yet, totally pointless. I have these days when nothing goes right, just like this one. Hopefully I will reach cashout for MyLot before the end of the month. Happy Lotting everyone!
