It depends. If it can be anonymously and you have proof that can be submitted also anonymously AND you can see that employing the illegal workers is causing or will cause a problem down the road, then I would lean towards it. If it could not be done anonymously or the illegal worker is actually a GREAT worker and integral to your businesses' or company's success and it would hurt to lose them, then I'd keep quiet.
For example, I have a friend whose husband works in HR. Companies can get in trouble for discriminating YET at the same time, they can also incur steep fines and get backlash for 'harboring illegal workers'. It's almost like this - you can't dig too deeply when hiring or you get accused of discrimination and you have problems from that, but you also cannot KNOWINGLY employ illegals and be caught. I think it is worst when you really DIDN'T know and then you find out and you have to do the right thing... but it's a coworker you have had for years and they are a good employee and they have a family, and maybe they are even your friend, but you can't risk ignoring the laws that could crush your company if it's found out about.
So.. in closing it would feel right to me IF I didn't know the workers well or at all, they could be reported anonymously, and it actually helped the company. It would feel wrong if the workers were my friends or they'd been employed at the company for many years with an impeccable record of service, and/or if the reporting gave away my name and all the information I had, and if it would hurt the company some way to lose them. Actually any loss of a good employee can hurt a company. This is very subjective to me, I think.
This is off the point somewhat but this is why I think we have caused so many problems with not deporting illegals immediately. If people were not allowed to cross and deported right away every time they tried, then we would not have situations where some of them have lived here for years and years and networked and built a life. It doesn't seem right to uproot somebody who has blended in with the country and the culture, so we are slacking on the 'receiving end' and causing an issue of what is right AFTER the fact. The whole amnesty thing comes to mind. It's not okay to grant amnesty to everybody! They should look at why some people came here, HOW they came here, and if they have been successful and independent. Those who have been could be eligible for amnesty, but NOT the ones who only came here to freeload!

I will keep quiet. Why should I tell and get flagged?
I think, almost every company is doing something illegal or unethical. When they do it, they know very well it is against the law. Then why should I notify them?
Instead, I'd be searching for a better job in the background, since at any time they may be caught.

I would report them to the authorities. It should be stopped and should not be tolerated because they're doing an illegal act which is very shameful for the company..even if my career and my job is at stake. I will obey my conscience than not talking at all. It's also for the benefit of everybody and for those workers who have families..

I think it depends on whether or not you want to work at here and what you thinking about .You know that something is more important than a work ,but you should know that ,if once you report them ,does this show its use or the situation will change ? If not ,what would you do ?What can you do ?

Well, it depends if you want to keep working there or not. Reporting your employer for anything is not a good idea if it can come back on you and cause you to become unemployed. If you don't care about working there, then I would go ahead and report it. Think about what will happen if you report it. Do you have another job to go to? Your employers may be forced to pay fines or go out of business or be criminally charged and/or prosecuted. There may not be a business to work at if this happens.
