Is eBay safe to make purchases....

I have used ebay many times, and had good luck with them, though not for something as big as a laptop.

somtimes it's safe somtimes not...my brother buys football teams t-shirts and he diden't have any probem, this because if anyone who want to realy scam you he will not do it with a t-shirt that costs above 20$, moust fraudes are done whit more expensive stuffs like a computer, if you find user that he selled in past computers and he is having a good feedback then you shold buy from him

Well it depends because there are good people and bad people on ebay. Usally they have a percentage rating. And you can see other peoples comments for that customer. So I would check the persons history before I buy anthing from anybody on ebay because I would hate to have to pay a lot of money and never get the item I bought.

I think when it comes to anything like that on ebay the picture is not always what you get. Sometimes it could be the same thing, but it look dingy, other times it says it's a lamp and it's really just a lighter. I think that you can buy insurance on ebay and so therefore I would save a little extra to do that, just to be safe. I haven't ever purchased anything from ebay!

i think that ebay it`s a safe site. They try a lot to combat all heckers out there. I give you an advice: NEVER PAY UNTIL YOU`LL GET THE PACKAGE ! Don`t belive such websites like ups or dhl, where you can see that the package it`s on his way.. They can duplicate thouse sites , and foul you so easily.. Never pay byt WU. And you make sure that you`ll pay only when you`ll pick up the package.
