I have been attempting to make collages recently to use up old magazines. I can't bear to throw them away when there are so many good pictures, patterns and colours in them. Plus I hate throwing things away if I can think of a use for them. Have you ever made a collage?

That is very beautiful! I think I may have made a collage when I was younger, but I think it was either with the help from an art teacher or my mother.

That's the beauty of making collages though, anyone can do it and it doesn't cost anything!

Hi there Katsalot 1!
I have tried making collage before but only for school projects in our Arts subject. I have lots of other uses for magazines though. I can cut out pictures for my son's assignments and also, I use some of them as designs for scrapbooks. I love scrapbooking. That's why I just save old magazines.

I have so many old magazines! I can't bear to throw them away, because there are so many different colours and textures that can be used. Scrapbooks are a great way of using them.

They are great fun to do, and a gret way to keep children occupied as well! Maybe it's time for you to make another one!
