Noisy neighbors!

i just moved 4 month ago , my ex house is my mother in law house . my ex neighbor are really noisy and bad. and not only one ! husband and wife argument yelling mid night 2am ,and once i heard my mother in law said ,his husband holding a knight and keep threaten his wife. i call a few time to neighborhood police.yet once the police gone fight come back in 5min . and my another neighbor love to come in to my house without permission . and use to open my window and see what we are doing .and due to the force of opening my window ,the window spoil. early in the morning some older women love to stand at my door step and chat and i am my husband is still sleeping ,and my window spoil can't close it or open,the noise just like in front of my ear talking all the way when i am my husband sleeping. can't stand it !! Now i moved a new home much better peaceful life

My neighbors are musicians as well...I ignore it. I live in an apartment and figure it goes with the territory. They are peaceful and that matters most to me. Sounds as if you are in a house??? Well in most places there are noise ordinances. 9;00 is generally the hour when loud noises are not to be tolerated. You could call your local police and issue a complaint. I, personally, would not do that unless it was ridicuously over the top. I would first try to talk to my neighbor and see if we could reach some sort of compromise. My musician neighbor is actually pretty good about things. I don't make a deal about it so when I have felt I needed to ask him to tone it down.....when my daughter was suffering a migraine or I couldn't hear a rare movie I was trying to watch...he turned things down immediatly. I haven't found it to be a problem.

i actually have good neighbors.iam moving and so are they and they asked us if we would considerate moving next door to them when i move i was really shocked a neighbor would ask such a thing.my neighbors are kind and we get a lone really good they watch our home when we are not home and we do the same.i will miss them.

Hi. salonga. The people who are outside are very noisy at times. I can hear the effects of the loudness all of the way up in my apartment upstairs. My son tells me constantly that he can't sleep because the men outside keeps on talking so loudly. I tell him not to worry about it, because sooner or later we will be moving from out of this apartment complex. The man that lives downstairs with his girlfriend is a complete nut! He will hit his ceiling anytime he hears any noise that comes from our apartment. Heck we can't even walk around with him hearing us walking. He is very disturbed in the mind!

I have some good and some bad neighbors some time they can be noisy. I hope you can find a way to solve your problem soon.

I am so lucky. When we moved into this house I had a neighbor next door with noisy dogs but didn't know that because they were on their honeymoon and the dogs were somewhere else when we looked at the house. I say I'm lucky because she had three kids who were awful too, yelling swearing and being obnoxious once they got back from the honeymoon. Lucky? Within a couple of months she was divorcing and the house was up for sale. A nice quiet couple bought it and the neighborhood improved by 100%

my neighbours are quite noiseless during the night,they have kids that make ruckus during the day but thankfully,they sleep at night.one of them have a 6 month old child and i can hear it crying through out the night but it is not much of a bother.

We have a neighbor at the back of our house. The crying of a 3 year old kid is just so annoying, although we are separated by a high fence we could still hear specially at night. This happens everyday. I don't know why that kid cries a lot and in a very high pitched voice. Sometimes, we find it hard to fall asleep because he cries until late night hours like 11:00 PM or 12 midnight and then cries again at dawn and in a seemingly never ending cry. He is such a problem cry baby. The parents should do something. Their kid might be suffering from something.

Well I feel for you..I don't have neighbors that close, we live out in the country, and my neighbors are a few miles down the road. Can't you call the police on them? I would if they were disturbing my sleep, the police would just come out there and tell them to quiet it down some, that they're disturbing the neighborhood, its worth a try.

Once, it was a long years ago ... fyuhh maybe you can call the police about it, because they already annoying people on your neighbourhood ... Well personally i never do it, but people do, and by the time goes by people like this will always have big problems, you can see my ex-neighbour for examples, they already move from the house, and bank has confiscating their house ... now the house is already sold, and have quite occupant neighbour

Well fortunately for me I dont have a noisy neighbour ,in fact my community is one of the quietest places in my state and that is the way I like it.I dont think I could survive in a noisy community as I am by nature a quiet person myself and especially at nights when I want to sleep i hate to be disturbed

communication is the key to solve this problem, you´ll have to achieve some kind of agreement

Hello salonga I had a noisy neighbor, a bad person no doubt, quarrelsome, he will always play music at abnormal high volume till late night, i along with others requested him several times, it was of no use, lastly we brought some loud speakers, noisy music cassettes and played them, pointing the speaker at his home..it worked, he could realized his fault.. I have a very noisy neighbor who seems to have every body behave like a gong! His home is so nosy, the Roosters he has makes the loudest noise in the morning, he barks at his children like a lion and when it gets to the car he has, quite always it has an engine problem and everymorning we are woken up by a noisy engine. I have complained to a local authority without any success!

We complain a lot but there was no improvement so we just tried to live with it and close our doors and windows but still we can hear them! It was terrible! [/i]

Yes, my Neighbours is very very noice. Specially there children is very like a horror in noice. whole day they making unwanted noices and irritating to us. They always crying and doing dirty shouty noice, and we not sleeping well bcoz of worst noice. Sometimes fighting also create heavy noice. This means different types of noice is irritating from neighbour.

I do have neighbors but our houses are really spaced apart, however I just watched Judge David Young yesterday on my luch time and they had a incident like this. The neighbors had a cat that had a medical condition. The cat would walk into the wall and make other kind of distrubing noises. So their neighbors brought them to court. Judge Daivd Young made the cat owners pay I think it was about $250.00 to the other neighbors for them to buy some headphones so that they would not have to listen to the noise.

hello..talking about the noisy neighbors i really have the same feeling with you. my neighbor always turns the music loudly and forced us to liten with him.several times this drives me madly even want to kill them... i also dropped a topic here to seek some good ways to solve this problem, some advised me to talk to them with polite, perhaps this would also do some help to you...

Just don't mind them, we always have a noisy and nosy neighbors where ever we are. I too have a lot of noisy neighbors here, but what to do, i don't speak their language, i can't tell them you keep your noise down or low. I have been into places where everybody is talking too. I guess i have to get use of this and pretend that they are not existing by doing something else like what you did, turning the AC on. Back home we have drinking and out of tune singing neighbors and they party till 1 or 2am not minding other neighbors already sleeping. So i guess we just have to get our string of patient longer than the usual.
