should I regret the job I've chosen

I will graduate from college several months later. And now I have worked in the present company for more than 3 months. I can feel the harmonious atmosphere between our colleagues here. But the problem is our boss. All our colleagues do not like our bosses(especially our vice-manager who is the wife of our boss). And we do not enjoy our normal vacations during weeks and National Day or other holidays. We can only take rests on Sundays. And we have less days of rest on other holidays. And our salaries are not in good condition. However, I could have better jobs before this one which were with seldom challenges or not suit my major(business Eglish). The only benifit I can take from the present company is working experience. And I don't know why did I chosse the job now! I offten think bout this problem. I reall wonder whether should I regret the choice or not?
