hey there i got a problem. with my windows

the deal is my windows wont let me open c drive because of some mistake.... so i decided to scan the disk but it wont also. before that it automatically switched off my antivirus program. i tried to open it but it wont anyone know what i should do??

A bad news, I had ever had the same condition , my antivirus didn't work at all, and even the website which is about killing the virus could not be opened, so at last I had to format my whole harddisk,and all my date lost.

dude i am so sory for you. but you dont have to format your whole hard drive to get rid of virus. just format the c drive and thats enough. generally virus attacks your programs mainly .exe files. so those that are installed will be in c n so you need to clean up your c.

try usin explorer or try it in safe mode happy lottin and have a nice day

Try restarting your computer and see if the problem comes again.I think your computer is loading slow that's why it is not opening anything.Check the hard disk light status and see if its busy.You will see a bright orange light.Wait patiently till the light goes and then try opening C drive.

i am sorry man:-( i think your sys is affected by virus. dont panic you dont have to loose all your data , just try to format your c drive and that will do . just get some good antivirus program lik bit defender and i am sure ull not face the trouble again. all the best man you need to explore and experiment if you wana learn something.

Sorry to say bro, but i think you have been victimized of virus. you should try some online virus scanning tools, like bitdefender, kaspersky. they are good. if it doesn't work you will have to re-install
