How much time you spend on mylotting everyday? is it worth?

I don't think about the money I earn here while I'm here. I just enjoy the social interaction that goes on. I've learned so much since joining... much more than I could have imagined! This is THE BEST social networking site I've ever found, irregardless of the earnings. The fact that we earn money at ALL is just one more positive facet of this great site. I think, for me and a lot of other myLotters, this is a place that we can get free therapy. We can vent our frustrations, express our anger or annoyances, share great stories, learn SO much, and generally have a lot of fun! The comeraderie here is terrific! Oh, there are some members who are always down or always looking for attention or, occasionally, some that sneak in just to cause trouble. But, for the most part, the members of myLot are a really terrific bunch of people! So diverse yet the same as everyone else around the world. I feel closer to a few of the members here than I've ever felt in the "real" world! So, yes, to me it's worth it. Of course, the money I've made here while enjoying myself isn't bad. It won't make anyone rich but the more fun you have the more money you make. I've bought a lot of gifts from the money I've made here. I've recently started buying vegetable seeds with the money I've made here. The rest of it I've put away for emergencies. I think it's great to come here and have a wonderful time AND make some money doing it! You will make more money as time goes by. I see that you are quite new here. I started off slowly in earning money, too. I think I remember earing just $.03 the first day, then $.09 the second day. It keeps getting better. So, welcome to myLot. Be patient, keep posting and having fun and you'll see the money growing soon.

Well.It depends on my leisure.If i have more time i spend here more.I love mylotting not for earning ,just i like this place, discussions and people.I have joined 2 years ago .I spend my free time on here.It has become a part of my internet surfing time.

It depends upon the availability of time with me. There are no fixed hours or time, which I spend on mylot. It depends upon one's mood also, if the mood is good and the time is at my disposal and above all if the internet is functioning well, I can spend 2-3 hours here. You see gaining something from here is a very subjective question and it will depend upon person to person. Just to give you an example, when I was newbie to the site, I did not know how to write a quality response or how to express myself, however, regular practice here has made me confident in the art of 'writing'.

You are just starting here so you can't see how much you gain. Try to stay here for a longer time, be patient and do some hard work. I have been here for almost ten months now. I keep logged-on everyday and post anything in as much as I can. Though my time here is so minimal because I have a regular job, and I can only log-on when I am in the office...

I have spent hours here every day but now I limit myself to a certain number of posts because I found that all I would do all day is MyLot and nothing else would get done, my blog has not been updated in ages and I am behind in my writing. If you are here just for the money then it's not worth the time but if you are here for friends and interesting discussions it's worth every minute.

Yes, I agree with you. I usually spend 15-30 minutes on mylotting everyday. As you said, we spend time, electric energy and material wasting cost, which cost equal or even more than what we have earned. So in a sense, typing on mylotting, just waste time. And I think the web manager should be the last winner. Someone ever said if you want to earn money on mylotting, you won't success. Well, it is right. I can't consider it as my job for making money. What I should do is take it as my interests and a place to improve my English and make friends. But on the other hand, it is true that I can get no money from any web in my country by pasting. So, although it seems I am wasting time, I will still do that. Good luck!

Hi s4singapore,I do mylot posting only during my spare time. I don’t purposely to sit still in front of the computer to keep on typing the posts for hours. I type my posts on and off once I have free time. Sometimes I spend 20 minutes, or half an hour or more than an hour reading and typing posts on my laptop. I have to do my daily house chores, gardening, jogging and going to work. After having dinner I like watching tv series and I would like to do a couple posts at the same time. I don’t turn off my computer so it is quite convenient for me to do mylotting at any time. So I don’t have any idea how much time I actually spend on mylotting per day. I have met some good friends here with common interests, and I like to have mutual interaction with them frequently. It is lots of fun to exchange our views and opinions on topics which we are interested. Other than that I could acquire lots of valuable information and knowledge from friends who live in different parts of the world. It is worth to have so much fun and benefit here doing mylot posting, besides I still could earn a little of pocket money. I earn money from my part time job and have fun from mylot posting. I spenf about 2 - 3 hours on mylot each day. It is not all in one hit, but I come and go to the site. To me it is well worth it, because I enjoy the discussions with other people and learning of their lives. Derek

No I do not think it is worth it and that is why I have cut down my time here a lot. I was spending way too much time on the computer, still am actually but most of the time was spent here and nothing else was getting done. Now i just pop on here for a little time each day but do not go mad and spend hours here now like I used too.

I am spending two to three hours on mylot everyday.But i am happy its a legit site and it pays me.It id very interesting here to respond to discussions.We can also help other people in their doubts here.We can also make new friends on mylot.I think it is worth because i am getting something for my activity.

If your only interest in mylot is money then you just might be wasting your time. Most of us who have been here awhile aren't in it for the money. We just like posting and discussion various topics. I rarely ever pay any attention to my earnings.

Hello friend,you seems to be very impatient about earning big right now. I salute your wish. Listen my friend you can earn more than mylot in less hours ,but the amount of joy you will get here in mylot you may not find any where.Here we all people are writing and earning ,though it is bit slower than other sites,but I don't think that every body around here is just for money. i spend around 1.5 hours on mylot every day, just perusing the topics to see if there are any i want to reply to. I think that it's worth the time to just see what the topics of the day are. I have other things to do mind you, a job, and some other management type stuff for my other online activities.

hello everyone..im new in this discussion prgram..so i just spend about 1 or 2 hours everyday..maybe i will spend more than that because now i fall in love with mylot..hehehhe..

Hi i hope this helps i am trying my hardest to make money off this site and fast but i dont know if its working to well. I have made almost 300 post and resopnses and i have only made a $1.50. So if you want to spend a lot of time here then go for it i just do it when i am board and sometimes in my free time. Otherwise i dont let it control my life

Well, there is some logic to what you're saying. What I see as quality mylot earnings would never compare to a "real" job's hourly rate. You will hear people getting excited over making 1 dollar from a day's worth of posts (which is quite a few posts). But I don't think too many people hear look at this as a primary source of income. What it is, for me, atleast, is a way to pass some time, have discussions with people from all over about just about anything, and yes i see a little compensation for my time. I enjoy posting here.

I try to limit my time to 2 to 3 hours a day. I don't know if it's worth it, but in the condition I am in, it is better than nothing for me. Good luck and have fun.

I don't really think about the money. I joined mylot because of the money but I only spend about 20 minutes a day on it so I'm not going to make much. But every time I go on and I know I have more than 15 minutes to spend I set myself little goals like 'ok, now I'm going to write 10 posts' or 'I'm going to reach 80 posts in the next half hour'(presuming you had like 67 posts or somthing) Maybe if you do that you won't pay as much attention to the money and it will come more easily. i dont spend that much time lately in mylot as i am quit busy preparing for my up comming vacation. but when i get back i will spend more on here as i really wanna increase my earning as well is inter acting people here. i like here exchanging thoughts and idea's its awesome. i am still far from getting pay out but i am working on it. so i spend as much as i can. i am enjoying it here a lot. happy mylotting.
