I learned it is not good to drink boiled mineral water? But before I install my water unit at home, i drank a lot of mineral water bottled and delivered. I used to boil it. If no good, why the sellers say nothing about it,and people are still drinking boiled mineral water!!!
Anyone has an sure answer? Or at least a good will warning.

Boiling is primarily to kill harmful bacteria so you don't need to boil your bottled water because they are already purified. But boiling any bottled water - mineral, purified - to ensure you are consuming a really clean water is not bad either. Nothing is changed when you boil a mineral water, unless you keep it boiling for too long and thus make the water hard (water with more minerals on it). Hard water is either bad or good depending on what kind of mineral is in the water and the individual drinking it.
I can only think of one thing that makes boiling mineral water bad. You are wasting your fuel unnecessarily.

boiling water will help to kill the harmful substances in the water but why should boil mineral water since it is good enough to be drunk just like that as it contains all the minerals that is good for our body.
anyway i don't think drinking boiled mineral water will harm our body or maybe i did not aware about this. i will check for details later in order to prevent myself from boiling mineral water if it is really harmful to the body. thanks for a meaningful discussion here.:)
