bclocking or deleting the account

Hey friends I am an active member of ciao site since long. I regularly visit the site. Till 19.02.09 upto 11.59 PM(IST) I was a member of the site but when on 20.02.09 at about 3.00 PM I tried to log in the site I got msg that "your account has been blocked or deleted " No information ,no justification given to the member as to why his account has been blocked, what breach of violation he did. I think it is a capital punishment without hearing or listening member's plea. Before banning any account the site authority should give an opportunity to the member to defend his point of view. Moreover if it is first time violation then the member should be warned.
Do you think such action by any site authority is justifiable. Pl. response

Not really. When you were joining up with the site you should have read their agreement and their TOS's and FAQ's. A lot of sites like Ciao have a clause where they can delete/ban an account with or without justification of why they did so. If you weren't OK with that you should have never joined up with their site in the first place! 
Sorry to hear about your troubles though, but uhh. I doubt they would just ban people pointlessely. Are you sure you didn't break one of their rules?

You should try and contact them ,find their own losses,if you are convinced that he did not make things any irregularities then,we have to defend their rights.

Why dont you try to contact them first and ask them what is the cause of your account being suspend. In that way, you could reason out whatever reasons you have in case you have done something against the rule of the site.
A few weeks back, i found out my account in clixncash has been suspended and as far as i know and remember, i didnt do anything wrong so i try to drop a message to the site admin, after a day, i got a response and i just found out it was just an error. Anyway, i got another issue in comparedby.us! I cant login to my account. I try to contact them for about 10 times and didnt get any response at all so i suspected that my account has been banned. Well, i dont regret at all because i cant get much profitability since they change the rate of their payments.

hhmm at the end of the day its the sites business they have the ability to block anyone and whether you like it or not its the sites business and they can do what they want too,
tho most common reason for blocking on sites is spamming tho drop them an email but dont expect to get much back from then as if they made their mind up nothing much you can do
