Try this: Eat less more often. Dont stuff your face 3 times a day ... eat a little bit every 2 or 3 hours ... and more meals a day. You can eat more of a variety anyway!

that's funny you asked, I'm on a diet now and its so hard. I'm trying to cut back on sweets. and I love all of them. And yes I cheated today and had a butterfingers. Oh well I'll do better tomorrow! yeh right! lol
