How many Nancy Drew mysteries have you read? I can't remember very well. But I think I read almost all the books. It started as a requirement for a school project, "book report" as my teacher call it. Then it developed as a hobby. Before going home, I'll drop by the library to borrow one. Return it the next day and borrow again. The librarian was very nice, she allows me to bring home 2-3 books during weekends.

Back when I was a kid, I read most of the new ones that were out at the time. I also read many of the classic ones and several of the Hardy Boys series as well. I had all the Nancy Drew/Hardy boy combination books. I really liked the Hardy Boys better, their books were more exciting.

Wow, read almost all the Nancy Drew? That's really fantastic. Every year, they publish a few more Nancy Drew books. Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys are my "must read" books from school libraries. Apparently the series have multiple writers, that's why the writing styles are slightly different.
A few other series like The Three Investigators and Trixie (or something like that) are also good. They are not as long standing as Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys. Now at my age, I dare not borrow Nancy Drew from the public library anymore.
