When you lack sleep, does it affects your performance? or still manages to excel despite of your hectic schedule? Based on my experience I am not the same when I didn't get enough sleep, I'm having problems in my performance and the way I deal with people, my head feels heavy and I can't think properly...So now I've learned the importance of sleeping enough.

Oh very true! If we don't have enough of sleep we get to be so disturbed and can't do our work that good. I'm going to have 12 hours of work soon. And it's going to be tiring. I don't know if I can handle it, but I hope to deal with it. Anyway, it's going to be in 1 month. *sigh

Yea, thanks! I was supposed to ask you directions going to Emilio Aguinaldo College earlier because I'm going to have a seminar, but I ran out of credit, I took the bus and asked the driver where EAC is, but he didn't know.. So the bus that time was already at Manila Post Office (or I think) so the other passenger told me that I just passed the school and got mad at the driver. Lol Well I did find it on time. Thank goodness!

I think lack of sleep definitely effects my performance. I am not as good as I could be. As the day goes on my mind just goes blank and I cant function anymore. So getting a good night's sleep is very important.

Sleep (Nidraa) is a natural healer for all of us. It heals our body and mind to make us ready for a next day's task. Unless we sleep about 7 hours in every night, our performance as well as health will run down! In my opinion, it is the best time to sleep between 10 p. m. and 6 a. m. daily! Thanks for this nice topic and have a nice sleep regularly!!

It makes great difference if I do not have a good sleep. When my grandson is with us for a weekend, I will wake up a lot more times throughout night, to see if he has proper covering. The next morning, mostly my blood pressure will get high. Good sleep helps to get refreshed, because it is said all organs of our body will be best recovered during sleep. To have good sleep, it is better to have more excercises during the day. If you are tired, you will more easily go to sleep. That is very often recommended by the therapists.
