Love Sichuan Spicy boiling fish !

Up to now, what i am crazy about most is the spicy boiling fish, Sichuan food. I can't find words to describe how yummy it is, I know people who have eaten this won't forget the taste sensation. Besides, this dish is common, at least in my hometown, you can find many good restaurants serve this dish. Never miss it if you come to China.

Spicy boiling fish, very tasty, but I prefer spicy boiling beef, I love beef more than fish. Sichuan food is really good.

Fish Is not to bad. I like alaskian polluck and tilapia. But spicy food Is something I do not like. So this would not be something I would want to eat. I do not think I have had boiled fish I like It other ways though.
