Bananas are healthy to eat. They are good for the potassium in them. But dont eat to many you may get constipated.

Its a cheapest fruit and very good for my digestion. I take at nights and feel better if i have digestion problems. And for lean people, it helps to add weight due to its calories.

Not only eating apples keeps doctor away, but also eating Bananas keeps doctor away. It is good to eat banana at night after dinner. It is not suggested to eat banana in morning. Whenever I donate blood then I used to eat more bananas to regain my strength. It is also good to take bananas along with milk. Happy Eating !!!!

but i have also heard that bananas lead to constipation...will it not any harm if i eat it at night

hey ma frnd bananas r very good 4 a person having deficiency in pottasium and also it helps a lot to a person who want to quit smoking and also if u follow d banana diet u can b very healthy and it helps u a lot in ur old ages. banana diet is all about eating 6-8 bananas in a day and 2-3 glasses of milk with it. it can also help those who want to decrease their weight, and if anyone want to increse height he/she can follow the same diet but a little difference, just add 1tbsp of oil in the milk and then have it.

Bananas are very good for you, the Japanese also have this diet about it, see http://banana-diet.info it will show ya all you need to know, and has some nice videos too.
Basically they have vitamins, fiber and Resistent Starch which helps you burn fat.
But I like them most because they're ceap, sweet and yellow

Yes,eating bananas is very healthy as it provides iron ,and various protiens as well and eating 4 to 5 bananas daily results in huge amount of energy as it produces calories.Also eating bananas during the age growth(can say puberty)proves to be very benificial because our body needs it to.
