Do you have any idea on how Pschologists cure mental health problems?

I would like to know how psychologists cures health problems. I never heard or seen how they cure. I will be very happy if i get this answer.

Well Psychologists use talk therapy a lot. In which the patient will sit and talk about there inner feeling and issues while the therapist listens. This helps the person get the weight of there problems off of there mind.

for all i know pschologist will examine how far the mental dis-ability thru asking some few questions,behaivor,and communication..and thats they will conlude it..and rate it how much they have to deal with person..and they will presrcribe some medication..according to the patient..that what i learn..and i can share..have a nice day
