Do you follow a strict time for your meals?

meals,timing,happy,follow - I never followed timings...

I never followed strict time for my meals. Either I am late or early but never followed correct time. What about you? If you are following, what you are able to follow timings? Can I know get your valuable views..

Straight answer: NO. LOL. Most probably because of my unstable schedule with my studies. In addition, I was not practiced in having a well scheduled meal. I only eat only when my tummy asks me to.
