A saying.........how much do you agree with it???

I have read the following saying somewhere.......
"Relationships that are true need no effort to be maintained......but the ones that are not true cannot be maintained despite all eforts"
How far do you agree with this saying???

Well its not a very famous one or i have been less aware of such things..But either ways it sound so damn correct ..I have a living example of the first part of it..me and my girlfriend ,we don't need to "maintain" our relationship because we trust each other and are truthful..

Even I think so.......you just have to have full faith in your partner......and just make sure that you do not do anything that might hurt her feelings........

I dont really agree. All relationships need to be maintained and takes work. Everything is not just going to fall in to place all the time. If it is true, you are willing to maintain the relationship and do what it takes to make the relationship work and all your efforts will pay off.
