Earlier today I responded to a discussion about weight loss plans. Because of that discussion I was inspired to exercise. I got dressed in my work out clothes and I did a great warm up and then I did a 30 minute work out on my Gazelle as well as doing several other exercises. All in all I spent about an hour working out between the warm up, the Gazelle and the leg/arm exercises and then the cool down. I feel great since I did it! I just hope I can make it a regular routine and keep up the good work! Anyone else feeling inspired today?

Unfortunately, I have been really slackin' in the exercise department lately... I need to get back into my routine though because I can really tell a difference....

Yes if you get out of the hang of it you can certainly tell. Get back to it!

LOl well perhaps catdla1 you should just stick to the MyLotting then. Would not want you to harm the animals. Have a great day!

That's fantastic, good for you!!! I haven't been exercising as much as I like the past few weeks. Hopefully when the weather warms up I will be motivated to work out more, I like to work out outside ... Walking the dogs, rollerblading, riding my bike, playing soccer and football ... in the winter with the wind howling it's way to cold to do any of that!!

I feel so much better! This is the second day in a row that I have done it. I am so proud of myself. I agree it is too cold to be outside exercising. Thank you for replying!
