I do believe that it is not good for our body to consumed it on a daily basis. I too like to eat french fries, but seldom do we buy it here since we have to go to a McDonald store unlike in my own country that i can buy it anytime of the day i want. But i have learned that there is trans fatty acid in every fries we eat so i minimize my eating habit of fries. Although i admit that i cannot force myself to not eat fries everyday, but i am missing to eat it, maybe the best i can try is twice a month. I think i have tried not to eat also within a month. So i guess that will be beneficial for my heath. But it's ok if you eat, as long as you know your limitations of intake.

I do not eat fries very much at all. Only eat a small portion with peanut oil or bake them up and drizzle with olive oil.

i don't eat fries that often at home, except in the summer time when we have more bbq's then we'll make fries. but otherwise the only other time i'll have fries is when i order fast food from McDonald's or Wendy's, but that's not even too often.

I think it all depends on how you cook the fries and what your portion size is as to if they are health are not. If you make them from scratch and bake them, its not so bad, frying wouldnt be bad either if they were fried in the right oil and you controled your portion size. I only eat french fries once or twice a month.
