I am a blogger and i am wiling to open my own website but i don't know from where to buy web hosting and domain please tell me some places where i can find cheap domain rates and web hosting and also which are trusted for at least 1-2 years i also need some one to design i have a budget of $70/year.

Go for godaddy, get both the hosting and domain. Before that, googling for "godaddy coupon" to find the code for some discount. Some domain is very cheap now, i think 1 year will cost you about $50~60
