eat vegetables, green leafy veggies, fruits like apples, and exercise. Limit sugar and fatty foods. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

There are no home remedies. Take your medicine if it has been perscribed to you. It is possible that through diet and excercise you will not need the meds but ONLY if your doctor says it is OK.
