Do water therapy, lots of vegetables especially green leafy vegetables and exercise. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, aerobics, jumping rope or jogging. Dont indulge yourself with lots of sugar and fats.

It would help if you would expand on what that is. I do know that the best way to take care of diabeties is through diet, excercise, and blood glucose monitering.
You would be amazed at how much excercise can affect how your body works.
