I've never really thought about that. I guess a salad with egg whites and mainly lettuce. I eat all foods anytime, not just what they are meant for, so I guess to me I wouldn't ever be worried about it. I love salad anytime...

A nice fruit salad with a yogurt based dressing would be very good. Some strawberries, kiwi's, blueberries, grapes mixed up together and the yogurt over the top. Sounds yummy to me for breakfast or any meal!

I read that having fruits in the morning is really good for the body. So I think Fruit Salad in the morning would be a really good choice to start the day. Rainbow Fruit Salad Ingredients: 1/2 rock melon 2, each apples, kiwis 1 mango 225 strawberries 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup blackberries Dressing: 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsps miracle whip 2 tsps, each condensed milk, wasabi Method: 1. Mix dressing ingredients well and set aside. 2. Skin and seed melon and apples. Dice into 1/2-inch cubes. Set aside. 3. Peel and dice kiwis. Wash and dice strawberries. Wash blueberries and blackberries. Skin and seed the mango. Dice. 4. Mix melon, apple and dressing in a big salad bowl. 5. Arrange mango, berries and kiwis on top. 6. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. (sources:http://icookeverything.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=111)

Fruit salad is a great choice for breakfast. Take like three favorite fruits, cut them up, add some wheat germ or granola. What a great start to the day! I try to eat fruit for breakfast, or around that time, every day. Gets everything going. And adding wheatgerm or granola will help to fill you up as well. Add some yogurt to tie it all together too. Yum!
