If I had the choice of where to be born (and I was going to be born into the same body, cerebral palsy and all), I would choose to either be born in New York City, the East Bay of California, or anywhere in Massachusetts. The reason for this is it would have been much easier to grow up in those places with a disability due to the fact that they have transit systems that are accommodating and support services even for kids. For myself, I know I will never have kids in an environment where I know they can't get support services. That limits me on where I can move, but it is also better for them.

So availability of public transportation system and the child services program are important factors in your choice, i can see your point now. Yes easy access to these services are very important to people suffer from mobility impaired, not all places or cities in the world provide those services.

Hey there! For me I will always want to be born in my own country, the Philippines. True, there are a lot of problems here compared to other countries, there are a lot of much beautiful and prosperous countries but I still want to live here. There are countries that have beautiful places to live at, but for me those are places that you wanna travel not live with. There's no other place like home.

I agree with that saying 'no places like home', it is natural for you want to be born in Philippine again since it is one of a few country that is populated with beautiful people and scenery in south east Asia, even though it is not the wealthiest among SEA.

Its not a matter of getting to decide! Its already been decided- that you will be born again, even as you have been born many times before. This is called Reincarnation, its a Proven Fact, and many Millions of people world wide believe it.
Although it is a Fact that you will reincarnate, you will get to choose your place of birth, your parents, and your family's circumstances. (you will not be born into poverty unless you choose to be.) Check this out on the internet,at your public library, or your local book store.

i love london. never been there but my brother lives there. he sends us a lot of pictures of were he is and i can see historical places and it is really cool. but i will still pick Marikina Philippines. i am happy and proud of this place and even when i travel i always miss this place. i was born and raised here. so i will still be choosing this. they call this little singapore.
