Hi all my daughter is going to be two years old in a matter of weeks and she has a few Favorite movies she could watch wall e, Tinker bell and robots all day if we let her but not different movies all day but the same one. its kinda crazy but i just think she is the most adorable thing in the world. but i swear if i have to watch wall e one more time i think i am going to pull my hair out (lol) i was wondering is this normal to only like to see one or two movies all the time? I think this week we have seen wall e 5 times already but she is the love of my life.

Oh yeah, it's normal. Children learn from doing the same things over and over day in and day out. My son had a few favorite movies as well and we watched them so much, we actually had to buy more because they become unwatchable. Toy Story was his major favorite one, and still is into it.
I finally had to tell him his movie wasn't feel well, and he needed to pick another one so he would change things up because I go so tired of watching the same thing over and over. He did though pick another, and that's how we started each week, picking a new movie so the old movie would get to feeling better. I am very thankful my 18 month old daughter isn't much on TV or movies yet, and hope she doesn't pick it up. My son who is 6, still loves to watch things over and over... our DVR rewind button get's a work out.

Oh yes, by all means it is. Children learn by repetition. Our son is the same way. He has a few movies he watches over and over, and knows the lines to them. Wait until she learns to read! Namaste-Anora
