How do you study?

Well, as i've mentioned in my other discussion, i have 2 papers on the same day next week.
Well, one unit is pretty easy and straightforward. I know what is needed and what to study.
Now comes the other unit. THere is just so much going on. And the lecturer just simply says that all you need to know is the concept. Well easy for him to say. HE understands everything.
But i don't.
So in such a case, where i don't even know where to start to focus on. What would you do if you were me?
And what do you advise i should do?

I don't study. Books and notes study me.

well i do study every 3 to 4 hours every day
i usually take brks in bw/
that way u can get in maximum
and for the concepts part try readin the book again.. tht usually hepls me
