I still live with both of my parents, so I see them everyday most days, sometimes I may not see my dad for a few days as our routines might clash. I do not spend much time with them though, I probably see my Mam for about 1 hour a day and my dad for much less than that.

I harbour a little envy towards people who have great relationships with their parents, sadly I never did. My parents Live on another continent and we have never been close. Although we speak and are on speaking terms, I do not miss seeing them and it seems the feeling is mutual. C'est la vie I suppose, we all have different family lives and styles.

hello wondericequeen
it is nice to hear that you live with your Mom. and that is cool that you get to visit with your Dad like that once a month, what do you-all do besides talk? thanks for sharing. does he live far from you? and my parents live less than ten minutes from where that i live, and i get to see both my Mom and my Dad very often. my youngest brother also lives at home with my folks and i get to see him often as well. i enjoy all of the time that i get to spend with my parents. my Dad's birthday is in October and my Mom's birthday is in December. you and your Mom must get along good for you-all to live like that together. all of us need to be around our parents and spend as much time as we can visiting with each other and enjoying the time that we do get to spend together.
take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

I live so far from my parents, I always go back to see them one year one time.
I also want to go back more, but busy working and tight train ticket don't allow me do like that. Now, I just want a baby and then my parents will come here to take care of baby, and I will see them everyday.

My daughter and i visit my parents every saturday or sunday... since that is the time when she can play with her cousin who lives with my parent... there is not a lot of catching up to do since we do not miss a week... and between that... i also call my mother through landline or cell phone...

i live with my parents so i see them everyday.
But they often get out of the house before i wake up and IF i sleep early, i don't see them the whole day. Because they come back late.
So their schedule is really, early out and late in kind of habit.

I am living with both of my parents. I got to see them every day, so I don't really need to schedule any meeting time with my parents.
