Some times i never got confirmation mail

Some times i join a site. but never got confirmation mail. if i try to join again then they said that this IP address is already join that site. I check both inbox and spam. But there is no mail from that site. Now what can i do . Please help me about this.

Email the sited administrators and explain to them what is going on. Sometimes they can approve you or resend the confirmation mail... - DNatureofDTrain
