Guys, we know how stressed we are at our workplace. At my workplace, sometimes I am too stressed that I forget what I was doing. In fact, in almost every job there's a level of stress to be assumed.
Friends, What should I do when I am stressed a lot at workplace so that I can maintain same level of productivity.

I always used myLot as my release stress ground to switch my mind focusing on friend's discussion to let my blood pressure remains at its normal rate. Normally, about two (2) hours on myLotting activity my previous stress vanish and I am back to normal to take my time to rethink about the solution for my previous stress sources, wisely.
I got to know how to manage and handle my own stress, because inappropriate managing and handling stress could able leads me to depression. The dangerous part is stress would raise up my oxidation level in my red blood cell and jeopardized my blood pattern. To know more how stress and depression ruins our red blood pattern, kindly watch this video; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wtqs8gOqx1I

When I was working and became stress, I would usually, yell and cuss, that was my indicator. I usually got stressed over too much work, or someone else that had no idea of what they were doing made a bad decision, and there was nothing I could do to change it or correct it.
If the stress was from the amount of work, the over welming mountain, I would take a short break to cool down and let my bloodpresure get back to normal. I would return to my desk, take a few deep breaths evaluate what needed to get done and then start in. In the case of the second one, I would remind myself that there was nothing I could do about it, no control, no power and move on.
Hope this helps. A little stress is good, it motivates us, too much is not good. I spent many nights rolling around in bed, or getting up and watching tv until I was too tired to think before I could sleep.
Good Luck
