how do you deal with anger

What do you do in anger, do you yell or fight or just count till 10 and ignore, the emotion and the person who caused the anger, i always if close to me then tell them that i am upset about a particular issue or just ignore if the person is not close to me, then the next day i throw it out of my system and talk the same to them, never let th anger to grow in me

I usually deal with anger by counting till 10.. then if the person still makes me pissed then I will start to yell. But sometimes, I just keep quiet and ignore. Pretending not getting angry because I do not want to make things worse. I just keep it to myself because I know that tomorrow this anger that is growing inside me will fade away anyway. So ill just let the time passed by.
I also deal with anger by sharing my emotions with my bestfriends. With them I can say anything, They can understand my side and there My anger is slowly fading away.

That will depend on who makes me angry in the first place. If dear boss makes me angry and it's near performance appraisal time. Then I guess I will just keep quiet and let him scold me oh. If the supplier makes me angry, of course I will bang table. So it really depends. Sometimes find it hard not to scream at family members. Probaby take family members granted and really unable to control my anger.

Earlier I used to shout like anything and then followed by crying, but now I just tell myself relax relax relax and relax and after few minutes I am out of the anger. The day I decided to quit anger from that day I have got 98% success, trying for100%.

Tell them if they are my close friends, ignore them if not! I have the same attitude towards anger. For the close ones, telling them and settle the problem will make our relationship goes long; ignore those who are not close to me because I dont want to be bothered by someone who don't understand you. No matter in which ocassion I won't let the anger go long in me and affect my daily life.
