Who has experience of joining the free sample sites? are they true?

Well, I have a been a member of vocal point for some time now. i they do send some pretty good samples. thats is for sure.. the first thing i got from them was a water bottle.. and then in between of course some cupons. i have gotten a box of mints, tampons, the last thing i have recieved was a brand new razo. and i dont mean cheap throw away razors ;like it was one of the shik ones or whatever were you replace the heads.. and it has like 2 little moistureizer strips on it... pretty groovy,you should sign up:).. I just recently signed up for the kraft foods one. and they sent me a coupon for thoes boxes of like mini cookies and there only 100 calories... well the coupon if for a free box of the oreo ones. so i look forward to using it next grochery shopping trip:)....
