Over the years I have read many self help books, and some of them have been very useful for me. I especially like the books written by Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Stuart Wilde and Deepak Chopra. "You can heal your life" by Louise Hay was one of the first books that I read, I didn't understand it or believe in it at first, but now I think that she has got some great points and I find her books very useful. Wayne Dyer has written a lot of books, and I have read most of them. He is my favourite author, and his books have been very useful for me especially "You'll see it when you believe it". His books didn't change my life, but they helped me understand some of the things that were already going on in my life.
