What is Odesk??

Hi everyone. What is Odesk?? How I earn money from them?? I should sign up in which category if I'm just looking to make some extra money.

Once you've signed up in odesk you have to complete your profile, it will be your resume. You still need to apply for works that you are interested at. You will have to give a certain rate to employers and your cover letter. Once an employer got interested in you then you will have to undergo an interview. The competition is quite high in Odesk but with proper knowledge and skills I know you can have a job there. It is a legit site.

You're very much welcome. I used to work through Odesk before too but I've stopped applying after my first assignment ended. Once you're working through them you really have to focus especially because they have a minicam that captures your screen. I like browsing the net while doing something and you can't to that while you're working through Odesk ... LOL ... Happy MyLotting!

hello brew2x! do you mean while working at ODesk you are not allowed to surf the net? How bad. That's supposedly my reason why i wanna work a home based job like ODesk so I can do a multiple thing while working... anyway thanks for the information... Now I know... LOL

companies post projects and look for workers to make a match. Outsourcing,you have to register and give ur resume and go for the section you are interested and you have to bid for job ,so if the employer like ur bid he/she cans elect you,this is what i know.Some people are earning but it is always uncertain whether you will get job or not.
