I was thinking of starting to take vitamins again. Especially vitamin C to keep away the colds. I used to take a multi-vitamin, vitamin B,Calcium and other odds and end vitamins. Do you take vitamins? What kind do you take? Do you find them helpful?

I just take vitamin C. The rest of my vitamins I get from my diet. I tend to use a juicer too, that turns vegetables into juice that I drink. There is a lot of vitamins to be got in the natural way by juicing raw vegetables. To find out which vegetables hold what vitamins/minerals, I do an on-line search. Derek

Yes I do. My husband and I both take the same vitamin except that I take iron folic he does not. We take Amway Nutrilite Vitamin Bio C Plus, B complex, cal mag (calcium & magnesium) and Kordel's evening primrose oil. We find these vitamins help very much though they are a bit pricey but it is good investment as we hardly catch cold. The iron folic is good for me as I have low blood pressure. This contents of the iron tablet is made from spinach so it does not cause constipation.

Yes, I take Vit C and E regularly. As I am suffering from high blood pressure and for my age, I need supplement of C to stimulate blood circulation, and E to reduce oxidization.
