What can I do for my painful feet. I have been walking around and standing a lot lately and my feet are just so painful. What can I do to make them feel better?

you will have to get somebody to give you a good massage (therapeutic massage) from the buttocks down to the feet. this will have to be the immediate need that has to be done. second step will be to assess yourself. are you overweight, moneymommy? overweight individuals will feel this kind of pain if kept standing for a while. the feet and knees are carrying too much weight and gets overburdened. this is what is causing that condition if you are overweight. i am very sure of this because, i went through this, too. i used to weigh only 50 to 52 kilograms. i encountered no problems of this kind. when i started picking up so much weight, this condition of aching feet came forth. it started when i weighed above 60. once i struck nearing 70 kilograms, even my knees were aching and i can hear them squeaking. at more than five times, my knees gave way giving me sudden falls. this now calls for fast and quick action. i went to see a doctor for the best way to deal with the problem. that was when i started using xenical. my daughter advised me that there is another one which is less expensive -ridactyl. my weight is now down to 58. i have to lose at least 5 more. there is a need for you to consult your doctor on this regard, my friend. the root cause of your problem will have to addressed properly.

Hi there, I went through the same thing many years ago. I went to the doctor and after being examined I was told my left arch had fallen. I got orthodics for my shoes and it made a world of difference. The foot pain went away! Good luck!

I have a friend who is a nurse, she told me that she socks her feet in a solution of javex and water, and the javex takes the pain out of her feet. I never tried it though.

easy ! massage your feet before soaking your feet in warm water. it enhances the blood circulation and take away your fatigue. have a nice day.
