Unable to watch YouTube

I got a new laptop and every time I try to view YouTube I get a "no longer available" messenger. I am able to log in but can not see videos! I hate it because I love to watch craft videos. Any Ideas on how to fix? Thanks for looking!

Doesnt the no longer available message come up when a video has been removed from youtube?

it comes up on all videos so I know they cant all be no longer availble
