Almost all are drinking either tea or coffee. But if we see the statements of doctors and scientists, it seems very confusing. Some time they are advising to drink tea/coffee as it good for mind and it is the reliever of stress. After some days, they are advising to not to drink any thing, as these are harmful to health.Even, they are not having unique concept or idea. What do you think about their controversial statements?

I love the smell of coffee brewing but I can only drink it once in a while. For some reason it leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. Now I do enjoy drinking herbal tea in the mornings when I first wake up. If I go out and have a dessert at a restaurant I will take a cup of coffee with it. I agree that every time you turn around scientists are changing their minds about all different things. I do not pay any attention to them. I do know that if I drink too much coffee I get very jittery.

I like drinking tea. I occasionally takes coffee. I don't think that tea or coffee are harmful for health. I think tea is good for stress. I like having cold coffee and I think it is very tasty.

i don;t take anything, neither tea or coffee. i think that they are not good to our health.
see below statement which is in http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/60437.php
A surprising study by German scientists has revealed that adding milk to tea stops its ability to dilate blood vessels and give antioxidant benefits, two protective factors for a healthy heart and cardiovascular system.
The researchers then explored the impact of milk proteins on the aortas of rats. They found that black tea caused the rat aortas to relax and also stimulated the production of nitric oxide that makes this happen. However, with milk neither of these things happened, and they suggest that the caseins (types of milk protein) were combining with tea catechins (antioxidants that comprise about a quarter of the dry weight of tea) to prevent them from stimulating the nitric oxide production.
And in other website i have seen that ,if we takes tea ,it dehydrates our body, so we have to take more water ,if we take tea.

Hi Kumarpslv,I am a massive fan of coffee,I also like the odd cup of tea but for me coffee is the king,Espeically if drunk with cake or chocalate,Wonderful.Although theseday's i do drink de-caffeneited as due to the large amount's i drink on a daily basis,Not doing so would very likely lead to health issue's.As for wether tea and coffee is good or bad for you,I would say like most things the key is moderation,Anything in moderation is okay,It's when you begin having thing's in excess that the problem's start
