Tax time!

I just filed my taxes with Turbo Tax. I had to mail in the state return but I was able to e-file my federal. I am actually getting back more money than I originally anticipated. I don't have any children, so my refunds are not generally very much money.
How about you? Have you filed your taxes yet, or do you wait til the last minute most years? Do you usually owe or get a refund? How do you file, with a tax firm like H&R Block, do them yourselves, or use software like Turbo Tax?

We use Tax Act, we travel so much we had to file 4 state returns last year. We used to go to H&R Block but it cost too much, we'd rather do them ourselves.

I have used Tax Act before. It wasn't a bad program. I know there are also forms on the IRS website you can use to file your federal return for free, but for Maryland we usually have to pay or print it out and mail it because as far as I know Maryland doesn't permit eFile. Oh well, it's all done now anyway.

I neither pay or get anything back so I am never in a rush with my taxes, they get done when they get done.

I am so poor that I think the government should give me money. This is something that I mean to change very soon or die trying. Cheers!!

Turbo Tax rocks!
It is so easy to use and is cheaper than going to a place like H&R Block. I have used it for several years now, and it is great because you can save the file from year to year and import information, track changes in your income, and save a lot of time. I e-filed about 3 weeks ago and got my refund within a week.

Hello my friend Bethany1202 Ji,
Well, being house wife of a retired person, we do not have much funds to qualify for
tax-return filling. You may presume, our pension does not qualify, or we are within limits.
So i do not have to bother. My children do in their own ways, I just do not haveto bother
my head. may god bless you and have a great time.

Every year I file tax return with H&R Block. They are fast and I can e-file too.
