Do you believe there is an unrevealed cure for cancer??

A friend of mine recently sent me an article on cancer. She regularly visits a naturopathic doctor and beleives in natural medicine being better then prescribed stuff at the pharmacy or synthetic. The article she sent claimed that there has been a known cure for cancer since the 1970s but because the government couldnt make enough money off harvesting it, they didnt bother. It claims the cure is in a graviola tree found deep in the rainforests of Brazil. My friend beleives there are cures for lots of illnesses that we dont know about. What do you think? Is there a cure for cancer and would the government knowingly let millions of people die while holding back proven results of a cure?

I have heard this more than once, and I have to say that it would not surprise me. They make lots of money off of it. They also can have some control over the population.

Hi thoroughrob, It doesnt surprise me either. Its too bad that people have to suffer without the cures they need and possibly die because the "herb" to cure them is unknown or unharvested due to lack of making enough money. That sounds so selfish. But you are right, it does give them some control over the population by withholding cures. Very sad really

Hi sandymay48! First of all, I would like to thank you for responding in one of my discussion I have created which is "Going Back in Time" For me, I do believe in what they called herbal medicine. Although there are no therapeutic proofs or whatsoever, but there are lots of people claiming that there is a cure to thier sickeness after taking that herbalmedicine.. In the Philippines there are varieties of herbal medicine that came out here for different kind of sickness.. For me I guess, its not bad to take it as long as it will prolong life, goodwill to mankind..But still the best medicine/cure/doctor that you will ever have is having faith with God that you will be healed by HIM.
