Clixsense - are they 'cheating' their affiliates?

For months, I used to be among the top recruiters on the PTC site ClixSense. I was able to achieve this continued success by promoting the site via Google Adwords, and by concentrating (mainly) on India. By analysing my daily statistics on the ClixSense site, roughly about 1 in 3 visitors who arrived at the site registered for a CS account. The affiliate program runs 5 levels deep. This year alone, my downline increased everyday with the addition of new referrals from India on Levels 1 & 2. That success suddenly hit a dead end on 9th February last, when no further referrals from India have since appeared on any level of my downline. I hadn't previously made any adjustment to my Google Adwords campaign - i.e. clickthroughs continued from there. (I have though, read on.....) Soon after (on 13th Feb), I contacted ClixSense about this matter, but they have not replied. I maybe wrong but it seems they are deliberately not responding to my concern, as I strongly feel that they have 'tampered' with the affiliate program, by no longer paying Premium members like myself the $0.10, if their new referrals are recruited from the country where most register from - India. Take the longterm top ClixSense recruiter - Adam Seebeck. He used to achieve over 100 new referrals on a daily basis. However since 9th Feb, his numbers too have dropped - now to around 60 a day. Was he previously achieving 50+ sign-ups from India per day, which now seemingly no longer count? Has anyone here managed to recruit any new ClixSense members from India to their downline, since 9th February? Kevin.
