How to Define Love

Love is diffcult to define.How do you avoid confusing it with infatuation or lust?Philosophers and psychologists both have attempted to define love,or at least its difference from infatuation and lust.If you are looking to find love,the following observations may be helpful.
Love is much more than a risk,but is a risk that one can take and grasp and fall into a dark abyss or dig oneself a hole and only crawl back when you overcome your emotions.
How can one truly define what love is?No even an experienced person can truly grasp or explain love to it's trust and deepest meaning.Its concepts are just a never ending story of an open book of experiences.But love dose lie in one's heart,where memories are but shadowslingering in your soul.

Love cannot be defined in words. It can only be experienced. I had experienced it n even experiencing it all the time. It is something like "When u r infatuated to someone, u will forget them some or the other time or when u r happy or when u r busy. But if u love someone, u will not forget them under any circumstances"

I feel you know when you're truely in love when you see them for who they are, not their make-up, clothing, hair style or any other physical attribute. If you love their personality and their character you can't go wrong. Ultimately there is nothing to stop a relationship from falling appart, it acn happen to anyone with not much prior warning.
I'd imageing it's very hard to maintain a lasting relationship based purely on lust or infatuation as most of that comes from their physicality which changes as they get older.

Hello,
Love is hard to explain by words but it is felt by the heart. You can be happy but at the same time you can get hurt when loving. Love is really mysterious but loving is a wonderful thing.

Ehm I don't remember the start of this saying but i do remember the ending wen't something like ...."We love them for their faults" From what i have found the ones i have felt strongest about I have seen throu their faults and meh you get the point...^^
