Wow... ok I don't know the exact weight lost but I was in a size 12 and now I am in a size 6!!!!! I am soooo excited! I just finally quit worrying about every little thing I was putting in my mouth and I lost!!!! Now it is time to find the scale and see if I truly lost weight. You know what they say though the scale is not the only measurement of weight loss.....

Weight lost has always been the biggest problems for me in my life lol. i have always tried hell things to do to loose even an inch which will make me happy. But inspite of working on everything i cannot loose my weight, its just because i cant conitune with what i am doing.Actually i have got some very good tips on loosing weight and i see that if i continue to them i really tend to loose ample of weight which is good.these days i am trying on a medicine called obecure, this comes in 2.5 gms as well as 5gms and it helps at some little extend to make you a bit weak , but it really works i am trying on it. As well as i am going on a diet of boiled food whole day and a normal light food at night which also helps in loosing weight as well as keeping skin beautifulBecause oil really makes skin dull.Where as if you eat boiled food it makes skin glow and work on your skins smoothness and even makes it flawless. What else i need...only a dedicated time which i am not able to give to myself...I really work hard to get myself into it.Can you tell me how did you loose your weight??

Yes that is true, you can always see changes in the clothes that either fit or don't fit. It usually is the first sign too if you lose weight and you find that the clothes are lose on you. that is exciting and can lift your spirits too. I think it important to stay focused but I know how hard it can be. I think your right once should not worry about every little thing but I would actually take some time to just watch what I eat to make sure I am putting high quality things into my system, that always helps with any loss. Keep up the fitness too if you can, it keeps us healthy too.

Oh fantastic, I am so pleased for you. It is really encouraging to hear when other people succeed in losing weight. I seem to constantly be struggling with my weight, but I hope to get there in the end.
Once again, congratulations!

That's wonderful. Congratulations for dropping down all the way from a 12 to a 6! That's incredible. And yes, it's true that the scale is not the only measurement, but also the measuring tape... not to mention how you FEEL.

Congratulations keasling! That is very awesome. Even though I am only 15, I still am making it a goal to drop some weight, so this helps to inspire. That is very true about the scale. I hate how no scales are always universal, so when I actually go to the doctors, I weigh more than when I weigh myself at the gym. Congratulations once again and keep up the amazing work!
